Initially trained as a statistician in her native Sri Lanka, Nirodha joined Drew, Walk & Co. in 2023 as a Senior Consultant, in which capacity she leads the firms’ modelling and analytics capability.

Previously, she was a Senior Research Assistant at Griffith Business School, Griffith University. Nirodha received her PhD in financial econometrics from Griffith University.
